Krona vs Monarch

In Avengers vs JLA Krona seemed far more powerful than his earlier appearances, so this taken into account, could Krona at his median levels defeat Monarch?

Was there ever a time that Krona would have been a good match up for Monarch? Is he more powerful? I he too powerful? I'm just wondering.

Krona's always had some stupid weakness...
When he was the Agent of Entropy/Entropy, he was stopped by piercing into the hearts of the people inside him (or something like that).
In JLA/Avengers, it was that machine... 😐
Hal also gave him another fight that I recall... where he brought him down, with a weakness or something.

In raw power, Monarch is done here... if he can exploit some dumbass weakness, then Monarch wins.

I mean, when he was with Entropy, he was crushing Guardians, and the Central Battery...
