take a close look at the list everyone. if i've missed some votes let me know and i'll adjust accordingly. the BIGGEST issue in my book is the weapons being allowed. initially there WAS a limit declared. the weapons were supposed to be 'wonderwoman level'. difficlut to gauge (i said as such when the rule was brought up) but things were supposed to be taken on a case-by-case basis. if MOTHERBOXES were declared illegal, not sure how the gems can get in, or the bands. He didn't do anything against her he can't do otherwise. All he did was give her an electrical shock, which is a weakness of her's, I guess.

Even without a power up, he was taking on Superman in another instance.

i don't think dr p is that much beyond mags so i'd say he was ok. i considered him briefly. i think he's really close to the limit though, from what i've seen of him.

I know he's not above Magneto, but I think the idea of being > Wonder Woman can be construed in so many different ways. That's what I was trying to prove.
