Is Joe Q. Putting us on?

About how, comics need to stop jumping from big event to big event, it also mentioned how Joe Q may have planned this whole horrible One More Day thing from the beginning in order to create one a much bigger event, it got me thinking.
It certainly is plausible for Joe to do such a thing, considering that he must have known that One More Day would cause the comic book community to hate him. So is Joe pulling a Tony Stark, and being a jerk, due to greater motivations? Only time will tell.
