it actually depends on who stops time first, simply stopping time after someone else does it, does not negate it.

Dante has higher reaction time than Prince, being half-demon and all. I bet on hm doing that first.

I dont remember either of them being able to stop time, the only place Dante has done it is a cinematic where whats happening is unclear and against inanimate objects wheras documentation, descriptions of powers tell his moves slow his enemies through quicksilver or other

Prince i dont remember he can stop time, he can wind it back tho and have several goes if he is not fully killed, and he can slow time immensley at the same time as speeding himself up greatly
