I don't know anything about Ultimate Thanos, but Apocalype's intro was very impressive.

No cube? Apoc. not only does he himself hold a good chunk of power to match up to thanos he would also have whatever mutants he wished for added cannon fodder / backup

Apocalypse defeats everyone. Then Jean begs PF she will do everything, just that Apocalypse doesn't kill Xavier (and everyone else actually). We see PF in it's full form. Phoenix say she is free and that Apocalypse will feel that wrath of Phoenix. The issue ends there.

Everyone were defeated. All together couldn't do anything to Apocalypse.
Then PF was unleashed, when it was unleashed, all were blown away, except Apocalypse still standing the center and holding Xavier in one hand.
