Citizen's Arrest

Does anyone know how the process works? I have heard of it in theory but never seen it in practice.

If only we could make citizen's arrests on KMC users, this forum would either be a better place or have a lot of people trolling from jail.

Yeah, that'd be so cool! We could have a certain number of people to vote on putting someone on a temporary ban, and if enough people vote, then the moderators can decide if that person should get the ban.

I think it is a little like that already. If enough people complain, something is done.

She actually got banned... that surprises me for soem reason.

Don't know if this helps. Apparently a citizen's arrest is basically a way to detain a criminal until the police arrive.
