uni-power really manifests in a variety of ways. i presume this is the IW from the ltd series who had the power? never read it, so not sure what it gave her.
i'd say she COULD beat her, prolly easily, depending on the extent of the manifestation.
course, she could always use her base powers and simply put a bubble in ww's brain and expand it . . . 😬
