Okay, time for me to vote.
My vote: Darthgoober.
Trickster's prep was bullshit. Illegal bullshit. We don't need a ruling, because Digimark's quote shows her saying that you cannot time travel without the time manipulation ability. That's the exact issue here, and given the answer there is nothing more to say on the issue.

Realistically, my plan is good. The prime obstacle is our gracious host. It's 'technically' legal, but if she cracks down on me or decides to be petty, then I'm boned. srug

Good stuff.
Just remember your words TricksterPriest. You said you would show me how broken this tournament is with your plan. Now...I wonder which is more broken; My tournament...or your plan?
There is no need for me to say anything. You all know the rules. It is not necessary for me to repeat them. Vote accordingly.
withholding vote till 3.
let's also give goober his credit, trick was almost pushed to go with that plan no matter how outlandish.
he somehow has to prevent getting oneshotted by 14,500 cosmically powered opponents swarming him like africanized honey bees, and metron not slip in his own urine from that at the same time.
Voting for Goober. Statements provided show that Trickster's plan violates the rules and thus would leave him with three nearly useless characters.

Persecution complex and projection.
My strat was NOT ruled out. Thus, you cannot deem it illegal. You're all voting against me because I found a spectacular loophole and came up with a strat that's nigh-unbeatable.
Since Evangel refused to make a direct ruling, my strat is still in play. Which means, I win. Goober's team is incredibly powerful. Nothing short of divine power would take that group. But I did it. I found a way to beat him, and none apparently have the vision or brains to appreciate my scheme.
I have gained abstract level power in a tournament, and the hand of god hath not smote me. My plan worked, but apparently there is too much fear of my winning.

Notice how my plan was not ruled out. She said you guys were judging it.And since everyone is voting against me, it's clear there are some axes to grind.
Dude, we all knew the rules before the tourney started. You chose to ignore them, or not to find out in the proper timeframe. So if by "axe to grind" you mean "we're voting based on who isn't breaking the rules" then yeah.
Quit blaming others and realize that it's your own fault that you lost. Because it's one thing to misunderstand the rules, but you've gone from complaining about the rules to complaining about people. It's highly immature.
And yes it WAS ruled illegal. Or did you choose to ignore the PM Evangel sent me (and that I posted here) with this exact rule clarification?
Voting for goob.

Evangel: Anything that allows you to manipulate time, time manipulation must be bought.
