Juion was suddenly shocked when the other Imperial fleet opened fire. "Wha... Weapons fire at will." A repremand could wait till later. Ion cannons until I say otherwise. We dont need to destroy them all. Maybe even an Alliance."
Vassisk recorded a transmission and sent it to Wayland heavily coded.

Captain Garkis Brolander stood on the bridge of his SSD Rebel Vengance. He looked over the peaceful planet below them: Wayland. He sighed and looked up as the communications officer. "Captain... transmission from the Hoths garrison base."
"Lets hear it."
A hologram appeared before Brolander as Captain Hok also stepped onto the bidge. He had spent the last few hours planning an attack strategy suited for a Yavin attack. He noticed the hologram as Brolander nodded for the officer to play it. "Captain Hok and Fleet Captain Brolander. Echo-base may be a loss by the time you read tis message, so I'm movng our plans ahead. I want you to form Myrkr battle group and your own together. Be ready for ground combat..." Hok smiled. "...as I'm sure any planetary bombardment would be mute." Vassisk glance at something passed the holograms field then back to the transciever. "May the Force be with you."

2 hours later the Executor-class SSD Rebel Vangance, three ISD-III's, 6 Acclamator-class Desroyers, 6 Calamari Home One-class cruisers, two Interdictor Star Destroyers, and over a thousand hyperspace capable fighters streaked through hyperspace. The Yavin system was two hour away and it had already been two hours since the orders. Four hours. Impossible for the ships from Mandalore to get there for another eight hours and the next closest system was another two hours away.

The interdictors dropped out of hyperspace and set up a communication jamming field. No transmissions to Mandalore would get through and any reinforcements would be sucked out of hyperspace by an interdiction field and destroyed by the mines they were now laying.

Vassisk nodded and spoke. "You have entered restricted Imperial space. If you do not re-group your ships from planetary blockade formation. Or we will destroy your ships. We will cease fire if you comply" He turned to Captain Geion. "Activate shield and sensor dampening field. Defense cannons concentrait on one ship for every round."
"Opening shield. Defense cannons stand by... Fire!" A sensor officer called into his headset. The ice caverns reverbrated as three huge ion blasts and a turbolaser blast streaked out at the Sith ships above. "Shield closed."
Denzral Vassisk turned and headed for the SD staging hanger. "Tell Detester to prepare to launch. Expedite our planetery based fighters to start patrol patterns. Pick up any ground forces that aren't ours report back in."
PA: "All pilots to their fighters. Open Star Destroyer hanger doors. Prepare for ion cannon discharge."
"Open shields... Fire!" The base reverbrated as the defense cannons fired. "Close shield. Target next cruiser."
Vassisk ran down the ice-hall and entered a turbolift. "Detester docking arm." The lift shot down then sideways.

Captain Juion ordered his Star Destroyer to hit the lead ship with all their ion cannons. On the tactical display the nearly 1000 fighters mixed and started attacking the Sith ships. After several turbolaser rounds three Sith Interdictor cruisers exploded in massive fire-balls.
The plantary ion blasts exloded on one of the ships and the power overload caused multiple explosions across the cruiser.

back on madalore, jacen felt a great disturbence in the force "Yavin" Jacen uttered as he reached for the comand tried to reach yavin "jammed" jacen said outloud and contacted Mon Calamari

Dackya answered the com "yes Mandalore?" Dackya asked with a slight bow
"i needyou and Maarek to go to Yavin IV, you'll needtouse the planets inbetween Dac and Yavinto get there faster, his is something you'll need the force to do, no nav computers, if there's a mine field clear it, my fleet will be there as quick as possible" Jacen said the holo projector was a bit noisy.
"understood" Dackya bowed and turned off the com and Maarek come out from behind her "i'll prep my Defender" Maarek told Dackya and the two left for the hangar as quickly as possible. within ten minutes the two were aready swinging around Mon Calamari's (Dac) orbit for a wicked speed boost. the whole time they where manuly controlling their ships in hyperspace. 2 hours.

the Mandalore fleet scrambled to leave, Jacen and Corran we the first to leave in their fighters and did the same as Dackya and Maarek

The Rebel Avenger dropped out of hyperspace followed by the fleet. The 1000 X-wings spread out and the 3 ISD-IIIs followed suit. The ISD-IIIs followed half the fighters around the gas giant and the SSD took the rest of the fleet the other way.

After dropping all the lampium mines which produce a grivity field when it detects distortion in hyperspace and hit the ships with both Ion disruptions and EMP the interdicters re-entered hyperspace. They dropped out behind the third moon and turned and entered hyperspace. The three ISDs and 500 fighters entered hyperspace behind the gas giant on the same heading as the interdictors.
The Rebel Avenger came around the planet and recalled its fighters and launched 100 sensor probes rigged to give off the signal of the fleet and entered hyperspace on the same heading as the rest of the fleet. The 8 Calamari cruisers followed the sensor probes.
(Hok disregarded orders to attack Yavin. He has a different idea.)
(Edit: And the 6 Acclamater cruiser-class Destroyers followed. The Acclamater ships were drones and the Calamari cruisers were slave rigged so they followed. The Commander incharge of the fleet truly believed this to be the invasion, he was a clone and the the Imperial ships that had left were covered in ysalamari and so were the Calamari cruisers. "Report status of the slave ships!"
"Running like water Commander."
"Prepare to jump to hyperspace and cut the Destroyers into planetary bombrdment range."
I considered Luke dead. Or I wouldn't have attacked at all. What disturbances on Yavin? I hadn't even attacked yet. And I have indepthly read up about Ysalamiri. You would sense nothing. You wanted a ground battle... why destroy my fleet? And stop making Mandalorian dude destroy the SSD))

~well yavin would have early warning systems, or the force would alert them (does happen, not saying it did there) but what the "disturbence" would have does is sent a ripple through everything, the only way a Ysalamiri could have stopped it is if it were to only be in the 10 m2 buble where it repels the force it wouldn't stop everything from the planet~

The 25 Interdictor cruisers suddenly took on their attack positions and started making incredible maneuvers, suppsedly impossible for an Interdictor to make.
"You fools... you understimate the power of the dark side. I did not wish to attack you, but you leave me no choice...
Admiral, fire at will. Fighters on space, gunships ready! Order the Comanders of half our fleet to concentrate fire on the Super Star Destroyer, now!" The Dark Lord ordered.

The X-wings criss crossed an Interdictor cruisers periphery and dived as the cruiser shot forward and actually half rolled and turned nearly taking out a whole squadron of X-wings. They came about and were suddenly facing the point guns of the cruiser as it came out of its turn rather more rapidly than normal physics would allow. "Fighters being deloyed. Enguage them. Attack patten Alpha."
The squadron spread out into flights of three and began evasive spins and rolls to avoid turbolaser shots as they targeted the fighters coming out of the hangers. "Proton torpedos." 24 blue streaks made trails across the vacuum of space. One of the X-wings exploded to the commanders port. Then another as lasers rained in, including friendly fire.

The ISD-III Dark Blade suddenly leaped forward using the gravity wells being projected as a means to increase the ships terminal velosity like using a slingshot. The ISD was suddenly infront of 3 looping interdictors. "Target the space ahead of them with tractor beams then fire our ion cannons at that point."
"Sir!" The ship began a slow roll as tractor beams all locked onto empty space. "Fire ion cannons at maximim level." The bridge deck shook as 20 ion cannons fired. The blue beams intersected at the point and became a ball of diffuse ion particles held in place by the tractor beams. "Release tractor beams."
The build up of ion energy glowed white then disapated into nothing before releasing a massive ionic pulse that engulfed all three cruisers. Then the Dark Blade and several more interdicter cruisers were engulfed in blinding white light. The ISD-III's particle phase shielding held back to ion particles as the blue pulse passed the ship buffeting the great warship.
"Particle Phase shielding down to seventy one percent. Energy shields nominal. Our reacter is converting the ion discharge and running it into our weapon systems... reads... safe."
Juion relaxed. "Target those fighters with our light lasers and the heavy-cruisers with our turbolasers and ion cannons."

"All ships this is Grand Admiral Denzral Vassisk. Cease fire and stand down."

The 24 torpedos exploded within the unshielded hanger erupting blue flames across a small section of hull and causing a chain-reaction explosion to rip the ship apart in a bright blue-white flash and a]sonic shockwave that took out three Sith fighters.

Darth Voltar laughed through the comm... it was not an evil laugh, more of a relief one.
"Excellent. You passed my test. Your fleet is very well prepared for battle and your weaponry is efficient. I had been studying the galaxy from the Unknown Regions, Admiral... My studies didn't fail me: your fleet is by far the best one. The better prepared, the most powerful, the better strategists and tacticians. I am proposing an alliance, Vassisk. Think about it... you know I have the most powerful fleet around... and you know about the dark side, as well, don't you? You about its powers, its advantages... I would be a very valuable ally."
