Six Hours laterDaran walked onto the shuttles ramp and activated the entire start-up procedure with the Force in the pilots seat.

Mining Vessel one-niner-three-niner-alpha settled to the deck of the Allegiance, and the hanger bay doors began to close. A squad of Fleet Troopers approached the ship and formed a security detachment. They waited for the ramp to lower.
"we live in an universe where the only constant is death, not even time is a constant as it flows differently depending on mass and gravity, everything will die, the best thing we can do is try to preserve life as long as possible, when they come, the only way that will happen is to join them as we currently will not win" jacen explained to her
She looked at him for a few moments, and then turned her head to look around the room. "Change cannot be forced onto an entire galaxy unless the entire galaxy accepts it. Why would you be so willing to accept this, the Mandalorians have always been great warriors and war like in nature, peace is not something one accepts lightly. Especially not a Mandalorian." She spied him again and continued, "the entire universe strives on chaos being a constant. It allows us to grow and expand our thinking to newer and far more postulative levels."

jacen looked at her like she'd grown a third eye
"i don't know what you know of them, they may do that to those who oppose them, however i have negotiated with them, m people will be free, aslong as they follow their leadership through me, we will also destroy our technology and have it replaced with theirs, most of that however will happen after the oncoming war, you understand, it's unwise to restructure civilization during war, but we will get weapons and ships" he explained to her
"your people can have them too, only hen will you truly be able to understand them, and how they work" he told her
She looked at him and stood up, and took a step towards the desk, her dark hair fell loose from behind her neck. "What if Yuuzahn Vong betray you? They consider you, even us, whether or not we use machines, to be impure and not worthy of their 'gods'." She smiled at him, brushing her hair back. "You would be another ant for them to squash. Your organisation could have been infiltrated, they are human oid and are quite capable of passing off as humans." Her smile faded but her eye's beamed at him, deep bright blue.
jacen stared at her eyes, he always had a thing for blue eyes.
"what makes you think i haven't let them, i do have some of their men her, ofcourse only i really know that, they want me to better train some troops, figured what the heck, and you kow what i found, they really like taking a beating, the love pain, they love it on the same level and those sith love their dark side, they think it makes them closer to their gods. i can't say i would be exceptionally surprised if they betrayed me, but perhaps i'll have to betray them first if it comes down to it" he told her, he pointed to raz and held a hold to the sid of his mouth
"did you know the vong can manipulate their offspring to look like wolves, turns out Raz is Vongese for 'fleaball'" he whispered to her, this was ofcourse a joke, he was pretty sure the vong wouldn't be able to do that anyway
Ona stared at him, and a smile returned to her face. "I see, so you are considering the possibility of betrayal." She sat on the desk and placed her hands behind her. "Do you believe we should keep forces in hiding so we can join you when your betrayal comes?" She lolled her head back to look at him.
She hopped off of the desk. "Are they expecting any resistance at all. Do they think they can just waltz right in and take everything?" She turned and placed her hands on the desk and leaned forward, bringing her face closer to his. "If we don't resist others will, and you would have us sit back while planets , no- Entire species are wiped out? Hmmm." Her smile grew. "How evil."
