there needs to be a better way for determining intoxication at roadside from pot.

much like there is with alcohol. afaik, there is a different charge for driving with open liquor and for driving drunk. There is no such consideration for marijuana and a citizen does not have to fail a sobriety test to be charged with intoxication.

they already have a way. they do the skin test

EDIT: no mention of any sobriety test in the article... although the impaired driving charge was dropped.

Yes, Marijuana should be decriminalised. But was the aticle stating she was in court for DUI or possession of marijuana?

In my country, if you look innocent enough Police will just give you a warning. If cauht the second time you'll probably just end up doing community work. They don't send teenagers to prison for doing pot here.
