Yobs is a slang for a blue collar thug or a hooligan. I have no idea why its Yob. It spells boy backwards. Maybe that has some relevance.

This country is full of them. They're in the age range of 12-16 (sometimes up to 18) and they don't care who they kill/stab/rape.

Victims range from ages 11 to ages 45+. Some man was stomped to death, and had his head kicked like a football by Yobs after he walked out of his house to ask them to stop vandalizing his car. His family watched him being kicked to death and couldn't do anything.
