For destroying the surface of the planet it should be Storm but probably wouldn't be.

Why is Thor above Storm and Magneto? Aren't his attacks mostly limited area?whereas Magneto with the Nuke scenario could feasibly destroy earth's surface a couple of time over very quickly

Well in the real world the reversing of the poles would be likely be pretty devastating. The magnetic field would weaken as the transition happened and the entire planet would be flooded with radiation.
