Release Nukes under ground. The resulting EMPs f*ck 'em up good.
If not then would lure in as many as possible with some kind of bait and then pull a Cloverfield.
Most likely though we'd reverse engineer the tech into either Stark style battle-armour or Tank/Plane upgrades and blow those suckers out of the sky.
