MSN does something if you don't log in after a very long time. I can't remember what. I think you have to re activate your account or it just doesn't exist anymore.

oh yea you do, i had to do that with my second "security" (used to sign up for porn and adult sites) e-mail and now it doesnt even exist

I doubt it, considering Tom or any staff of Myspace (or any of those sites) will not know for a fact that you really are a family member of the deceased relative so they cannot really hand that information out in the chance that you may be a hacker or something.
