The Great Hunt - RP Thread

Slow down a little can ya's? Or I'll leave, and go back to bed.))

*Don't worry, this battle will be surprisingly interesting and kinda slow.*

Exodius got to the first beast. He planted his lightsabre in the abdomen, deshydrating it, before falling on its back, trying to whimp away. Flashes.

''Jel-Kor, don't let te two beasts get passed you on the right side. Fight them off with your sabe''.

Jel-Kor listened through the Force and moved to the right, infront of the two Terentatek, accompanied by three more Jedi Knights.

Glenn looked intently from the safety, trying to figure out who was who and, especially, where were his master and Rekki.

*ppl, remember Terentatek are ferociously powerful beasts, hard for even a Jedi to defeat. A single Jedi would most likely fall to a beast of the sort, they awlays need help from the others.*

Rekki stood between Jel-Kor and David. "I have the one on your left. We need help with these. " She ran forward and force jumped up, bringing her blade down at the creature's chest. It lazily raised it's arm and swung at her, too slow for the Jedi Knight. She dug the tip into the soft spot under it's chin, jumping back as it gave a cry and swung at her again.

Exodius couldn't stop the beast from retreating, and now faced three more, which made him back off to Jel Kor.

''We must back off. Closer to the entrance, whee the beast can only pass one by one, or we'll be overwhelmed on each side. They will eventually cut us off the exit.

never said her saber did any damage love ^^ besies mando' isnt here so id be getting help from him if he was.))

(I still have no idea...) Denz Force leaped on top of the Tarentatek and slashed his blade down.

*Oh, I know, I was just pointing that out."

"Agreed," Jel-Kor said, as he and the other Jedi struggled against the big monster infront of them.

Exodius used the force to detach a stalagmite from the cave's structure. only sign o an ancient past with water, and struck it in a beast.

''Now, slowly''.

Each step was made with precision, his saber cutting any claws that were coming in stricking distance.

"Wish we could drop a few trees on them." He said mostly to himself. He was shook off of the beast and landed beside Jel-Kor. "You got any ideas!" He called over the beast roar.

Rekki blocked attacks as best she coul while backing away. She was able to easily manuver through the cave, watching the monster while picking her way over the cave's floor. She turned her attention away from the creature for only a moment. "Padawans! Move back! We need room! Glenn go with them, we'll be fine!"

Denz blocked a claw that got too close and began backing out.

The Padawans hesitated, and the moved... Except Glenn. "Uh, ahh... I won't be far!"

"Just keep going back!" Jel-Kor replied to Denzral with a shout. Three of the seven mighty beasts fell, but they kept pushing the Jedi back.

She shook her head, using her 360 to block the beasts attack. "... Fine, just stay out of the way, and be safe!" She looked at Glenn for a moment before turning her attention back to the creature. He was pushing her much faster then the others, that was bothering her but she thought nothing of it at the moment.

The beasts pushed back and pushed back until the Jedi were almost out of the cave. "Now, once outside, we'll get them!"

Exodius stopped.

''For some reason, something is telling the creatures of our plan. They're not moving... Jel-Kor, I feel a Sith, Hide your force, and pass under the creatures. I feel you must go alone for now, I will join you soon, once this situation has been taken card of. But we cannot win against them like this. Kill the intelligence, for at that precise moment, he is calling all the beasts on this planet back into the den, we'll be cut off soon.. Go, and good luck.''

Jel-Kor blocked an attack, and then turned to look at the master, puzzled. "A Sith? Hmm..." He focused. "Yes... I can feel him! This is strange... Right, Padawans, help the Knights and the rest of the masters! It is time! I need to deal with the Sith... I feel he is using--" He blocked another dangerous attack. "--Battle Meditation against us as well! That's why yours isn't as effective as it should be, Exodius! I'll be back! I promise." He said, and in a swift move, he jumped through the Terentatek and ran deeper into the cave.
