Use the search function, nd4, before making a new thread. How old are you, anyway?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I finally managed to catch this in one of those theaters that gets the films after they've left mainstream cinemas. I liked it a lot more than I was expecting, though I don't blame Ed Norton for saying off the bat that he was only in it for one movie. Which raises the question:

Who are they going to get for The Avengers? I know they're planning on at least trying to get RDJ for Iron Man in that, and I believe they're only looking to cast Thor with someone who will sign for the Avengers movie, but I know Ed Norton specifically had no sequel clause in his contract. So... who? Any speculation?

I hope Norton reconsiders. I really like TIH and I liked him in the movie as well.

The Incredible Hulk sucked!

Certainly one of my favorite movies of the year. While others may not think so, I felt it was even better than Iron Man.

It was certainly more enjoyable than Ang Lee's version but still nothing spectacular... Edward Norton was fine but they made a terrible casting mistake with Liv Tyler, she was awful in most parts in the acting, should have gone with someone else. Some of the dialogue was cheesy and that spoilt the atmosphere of whatever scene certain lines were vomited out in.

I'm eager to see the longer Norton cut, heard that will be coming out soon.

Tyler was better than Connelly as Betty Ross, and certainly hotter.

I agree that Tyler fit the Betty character better. Not because of her acting ability but because of the natural innocent and naive persona that she portrays. I think The Incredible Hulk was a much better Comic movie but i think Ang Lee's version offers a far superior story and movie. I prefer Nortons Hulk because it's easier to watch but i feel more fulfilled after watching ang lee's. I can't wait to see the extended addition with an extra hours worth of footage when The Incredible Hulk hits Dvd

Is it going to be choppy pieces that never made it, which we get to see separarely or were they finished and cut out after wards. ie will the film just be about an hour longer?

From the original interviews with the director the understanding was that there would be two cuts of the movie. However, after looking at the blu-ray features for the hulk on best buy, it looks like it will be cut up and included on a one of the special features disc as deleted scenes.

I read they will be releasing a dvd as a whole in the cut that Norton was happy with and was nearer the 3 hour mark apparently.

I've never read the comics, so I don't know who fits best for character, but Tyler was certainly NOT better in the acting department. I also think Connelly is better looking than Tyler. Tyler's mouth is too much.

The only reason why people are happy with the extended DVD (not really a Norton cut) is because they think there will be more Hulk scenes, and there won't be, trust me.

As for Betty Ross, Tyler was closer to the comics I've read, and from my standpoint, she was much better as Ross than Connelly. Connelly's performance was much too stale, and she seemed like she hated Banner. Tyler's version had no problem showing how much she cared for Banner. As far as hotness is concerned, I think that most people only say Connelly because her boobs are bigger, but I still prefer Tyler anyday.

I'm not expecting to see any additional Hulk scenes. I'm hoping for more character exploration.
