Batman vs WWH with a twist

Who's more dirty in a fight?
Who's a smarter fighter?
Who's meaner in a fight?

Batman on the latter two, Hulk for the "dirtier" fighter.

Batman uses technique most often, so it's more clean. whereas Hulk/WWH is a brawler with some (gladiatorial!) technique.

Hulk/WWH should be the smarter fighter, given Banner's superior intellect, but the Banner smarts are being used to crunch collateral damage probabilities so ... Batman takes that too.

batman versus the mutant comes to mind, bats was very dirty.
the mutant leader was stronger/faster than bane so batman lead him to a mud pit to slow him down then proceeded to attack his leg repeatedly.

How do you consider Banner to be smarter than Batman?

Banner's up there with Stark, Richards, Doom etc in the genius leagues, if I'm not mistaken.

Batman's intelligent but I'm not sure if he's got their kind of prodigious ability.
