Black Bolt has the power gem and can use it to its full ability....meaning the gem will amplify BB's potent scream to unimaginable levels. If BB used the gem and screamed full blast into the face of each of these opponents....how would the opponents fare?

7. Galactus..well fed

4. Thanos- Is almost dead.
5. Darkseid- The universe wont allow it.
6. Imperiex Prime- Survives.

10. Spectre- Laughs at him.
11. Monarch- Survives.

It would only have to be stronger than Cyttoraks enchantment, and that I don't know, would depend on the user.

Pffff.... Full control of the Gem would kill everyone in that list except for the Specter, Galactus could try to absorb it but if he is just going to get hit its a no go.
