Bondara would disagree with this assesment. During his tenure at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, he spars with superior lightsaber duelists such as Qui-Gon Jinn and Mace Windu. Although he humbles himself when compared to their skill, Bondara's prowess is nontheless considerable.
Ok can't find it, the whole thing must have been removed, basically it was listing the top duelists, a quote supposedly from the TPM novel saying *Adjective* Yoda, Qui Gon Jin and *adjective* Windu, *adjective* Dooku.
Basically the quote was legit apart from the Qui Gon Jinn, which someone had added in. It was pretty much the only thing that actually confirmed Jinn as Dooku/Mace level, everything else brought him close, but no cigar.
