The cool thing about Toxin is that he looks like spidey when hes content.

But when he gets mad he bulks up like venom

And it has been stated that Toxin is stronger than venom and carnage put together

Toxin is, reportedly, Class 75. But he barely has any feats to his credit, so I'm not exactly sure of the reliability of that figure.

I think Toxin would win with slight majority
