Something I stumbled upon when reading up on the Cosmic cube. It's actually a ring composed of a piece of the Cosmic cube. The wearer has control of reality within a 30ft diameter sphere around. I figured since people say batman was able to command the GL ring with ease, I would imagine him to be fantastically brilliant with the cosmic ring but SMP has shown to be the crap out of many powerful people.
