Punisher has to be. I don't know if he can be touched by anyone in the badass area, when all is said and done he is just a man, no special serums to keep him from aging, he isn't some vampire hybrid or mutant, and he is getting up there in age (58 according to MAX). He has killed over 2,000 people over 30 years of a non-stop war on crime. He has killed his parner of ten years without any remorse or hesitation, he has taken on superhero's and came out on top, he has performed surgery on himself almost on a daily basis, even when he is in jail without guns he is a killing machine. His determination is unmatched, aswell as his committment. Plus he killed 2 dozen armed viet-cong with nothing but a shovel handel, and took around 7 shots doing so. If he isn't the badest mother fuker, then i want someone to tell me who is and why they are badder.
