Shazam did well against the specter but he was just to much for shazam even in his realm and the specter was depowered at the time.

side note:

a fully powered galactus couldnt even touch the specter.

shazam will need prep time and id still give it to big G.

A fully powered Galactus could beat DOV Spectre imo, and my opinion is fact.
