Bullseye with Ebony & Ivory versus Wolverine

Bullseye gets access to Dante's (from Devil May Cry) firearms Ebony & Ivory. These 2 guns never have to be reloaded and have infinite ammo.

The fight takes place in an empty city. Who wins?

Wolverine wins in the end...It would take a while since firearms and accuracy would slow him down alot, especially since bullseye could take out wolverine's eyes and has some protection against adamantium...Bullseye could put him down in this case but of course Logan wouldnt stay down.
