Seifer IMO. Zanmato appears slower than Zansetsuken, and Yojimbo weaker than Odin.

Well... Now that I think it deeper... Seifer could Reverse Zanmato? He did it with Odin but we don't know if he can do it against Yojimbo.

Later in that fight Seifer was one shotted by Gilgamesh IIRC 😈
