When I read the title I thought "I will have to read the thread to be sure.", and it didn't convince me. W.D. would never step down, ever. He'd have to have his mod powers removed for that to happen, but that doesn't look likely, so it would be less believable.

I'm very wary of April jokes.

There have been better ones. Like when Mist pretended he got banned or left or that drama business.
