Abraxas wins both easy. The one thing that can destroy his is to erase the whole omniverse, and while Galan can potentially do it, he won't do it fast enough -as its not in his nature.

i disagree, in the ff issue galactus put abraxes away quite easily and abraxes was using the nullifier to kill all of the galactuses and universes

Universes themselves where being erased by Abraxas approaching them. If Galactus could beat him why make Reed erase the omniverse?
