Given the battlefield I'd take Gambit. In a city setting Gambit has too much to work with. A dumpster, store, or any other place with an abundance of hand held items becomes an armory, and he can bring down buildings and turn cars into bombs at will.

So just because Gambit can do a couple things he's beyond Nightwing agility wise? Nightwing has done acrobatics no other human in the Dc universe can even Catwoman and Batman agree does that mean Nightwing is superhuman? Nope.

Night wing highest feats are gambits average showings, gambits highest feats are simply beyond anything night wing can do, and this is because night wing is only human while gambit is superhuman.
gambit dodges and blocks insane amounts of energy bolts while contorting his body in mid leap. he can catch explosive bullet rounds and has shown the ability to jump from hundreds of feet without the use of lines and rely on his own ability to bleed of momentum without injury. nightwing is no where near that lvl.

Yes peak-human which marvel states mean the peak of human potential the next state in human evolution. which is something a human simply can not achieve through training.
