Meh)
Vrix spotted Kelvin in the crown and singled him out as a plausable meal to sink his fangs into. He watched him from the rooftop as the street was still busy filled with early December Christmas shoppers. He was easily able to pick his sent out from the sure and hurried shoppers as not being in any particular hurry, and not looking for anything but aimless wondering was a damn sight slower than the hurid shop goers.
Vrix moved with his prey, sometimes passing withing a meter of him, sometimes as far as half the street behind him. That continued till he reached the bar. He too stepped into the bar selected a table and sat at it, his back away from Kelvin. When the server came to him he looked around the bar, passing his eyes over his prey twice before looking at the server. "Corellian Blood, on the rocks."
The server blinked twice at him then frowned. "What are you, a role player?"
Vrix looked up. "Hmm." He shifted in his seat, and smiled. "Vodka, finest please."
The server looked thoughtful, the glanced at Kelvin, back to Vrix she grinned. "New prey, Vrix?" She chuckled- showing her fangs -and turned. "I'll bring your drink. Shall I get him one too?"
"Put it on my tab." Vrix
"You going to invite me for dinner?" She asked, as Vrix shook his head, with a giggle as she brough back a bottle of Vodka. A sighing smile left her as she moved onto the next customer. Kelvin. "Good afternoon love, fancy anything?" She handed him a menu and smiled.
As she handed Kelvin the menu, she had to watch sadly as the kid left the bar. With an expectant look she saw Vrix had disappeared, but she smiled when she saw his payment. "Oh boy."
Or
She smiled, and looked over the menu. "Well, thats up to you." She took out a notepad to take the order. "Anything to eat?"
The server smiled and nodded, dotting it down on her pad. "Oh I know, have a glass of wine, on the house. Comes with the steak." She offered him an anime character styled wink, and waited to see if he'd order something else.
Vrix finished his Vodka, letting the fiery liquid slosh around in his mouth. "Ahh." He swallowed the drink and drained his glass. With a warm felt grin, he turned to glance at Kelvin, before pouring himself another glass.
"Twelve dollars, thirty six cents. Is that okay?" With a spring in her step she walked off, returning fifteen minutes with the desired meal, and a drink. She smiled as he realised he probably wouldn't drink the wine and was immediatly saddened as she had paid for it with her weeks salary. She placed the plate and glass on the table and with a tiny curtsy she headed off towards Vrix. "Hey, Vrix, don't drink too much-" she lowered her voice "-of him. He's kinda cute."
Vrix smiled, and nodded. "I'll try not to get too drunk." He chuckled, loosing a grin at her. "I'll definately be back this way though, what time do you get off?"
"Oh about one in the morning, I'm putting in overtime, mostly because I need the cash-" she lowered her voice a little "-and night time is best to hunt." She flashed another smile, flatened her apron and went back to the bar.
Vrix did not need to look, he would through sheer alertness, know when his Bloodling would leave, that is Bloodling to be.
The server came back over. "Hey, how are you doing? I'm Kayli by the way." (Oh no, its Commander Aya Sraf in desguise, from the Star Wars Galaxy at War Role Play) She oogled the tip. "Uhh, thats almost double the amount for the meal. Surely it wasn't that great." She offered a thank-you wink, and cleared up the plate. "Not drink the wine?" She shook her head and downed the drink. "Too bad, they say it's good for the heart," she said conversationally, "it even contained the antidote to the sleeping powder that was in your meal." She grinned, showing her fangs. "I happen to watch the A-Team you see, knocking out BA seems like so much fun." Kayli brought her hand to her mouth, giggling, as she waltzed away. "Thank-you for the tip."
Kelvin looked in surprisement as he had new he was set up badly now, however he answered "Me and wine just don't mix, and if i were to drink it, that would only increase my chances." He laughed some. "No wonder it was so good of taste." He then quickly left the bar as he wondered the streets again, slightly drousy. he yawned some and sought to find weapon store, and maybe even an INN for kickers.
I'll let you go, but honestly, if you had just been drugged and told you were in fact so, then I seriously doubt you would just walk out, especially seeing as you might want answers, and you'd be unconsious before you hit the door frame, literally.)) I have a habit of scripting events, you don't need to follow it, but it does add to the story.))
Vrix stood up and followed Kelvin outside, walking just beside him, ready to catch the man when he fell. (So do you want to be a Vampire?) The shoppers had all nearly disappeared as they left the main street.
