I think that the Baseball field scenario is going to be the norm.

Spidey's greatest asset is his intelligence. So too with Tony. Pete would figure out a way to get Tony out of his suit, or disable his suit altogether. Sidey wins every time. Without the suit, Tony is just another guy.

Tony wasn't in his armor against the Skrulls , nor in the WWH coliseum like fighting against those creatures.

Current Tony wins in every conceivable and potential meeting against any Spidey.
