Yes, considering it can be backed up with on-panel evidence. What wouldn't be logical is me saying that Superman is able to fly because of magical pixie dust, as no such evidence exists to suggest it.

It's also logical to say that Prime is more powerful than 1 Million, if not only because he was in the sun for 15,000 years, but because 1 Million himself even acknowledged this fact.
