I think at the time his healing factor was not as good.

he was being held ca[tive by I believe a shadow organization of weapon x. maverick and wolverine save him. only to find him play tic tac toe with a laser on his chest.

also DP healing factor was mentally activated for a time I believe.

Adam Warlock
Penance
Thanos

Dumb Drax is probably too dense to feel much pain, so he could be up there.

Mr. Glass from Unbreakable.

His appearance is so mangled because his healing factor works over-time, constantly healing and regenerating every cell in his body.

The THING is up there, with no HF or anything he's been able to take some ridiculous damage from some high class folks and he just keeps on coming.

Correct.

Savage Dragon . he once had every bone in his body broken, stuffed into a chiminey so his bones wouldn't set right, and had to have all his bones re broken so they could be set right (thanks to Mighty Man) . and all whyle he was conscious .

Deadpool once had his arm chopped off.

You wanna know his reaction?

"It's a good thing I can play the harmonica one handed."

and whines about it over and over............his pain tolerances is far from the best.

people like wolverine,DP, sabertooth, cyber make spiderman look like a chump in pain tolerances.

Punisher as well as vastly great pain tolerances as does a number of other characters.

Yea Mr. Immortal is a regular slab of meat, he once purposely threw himself off a building and crushed every bone in his body.

Of course Spider-Man. He has a huge pain tolerance. Just think about the amount of damage he takes over and over again.

Sure, he whines about it. But Peter whines about everything, it's just part of his character.

Juggernaut, hands down.

Steve Rogers deserves an honorable mention here, if for nothing else than his fight with Iron Man in Civil War.

That was inspiring to say the least.

The children....

Snake-eyes once had the fuel tank of a helicopter explode in his face, then (after the helicopter crash landed) he walked out of the burning debris carrying Scarlet, wrapped up his face and carried out his mission. That's an impressive amount of pain tolerance IMO.
