Nah dude, the Ultimate Characters other than CA are weaker than their mainstream counterparts to create some sense of realism in the Ultimate Universe. In other words Superman solos

Superman could pretty much solo this without them even realizing what happened. With the exception of Thor if he's as powerful as 616 nobody else really stands a chance at all unless the Ultimate Universe suddenly made the 616 street levelers extremely powerful and a bunch of street level people with Iron Man and Grey Hulk don't seem like good odds against Superman who has WW and SG to hold off Thor if he's able to stand up to Superman.

still no fair fight there. 2 class 100 marvel guys and jla has 3 on the team. add hercules on to the team or king thor and it would be fair

she cant solo ironman and greyhulk together. one at a time maybe but both of them together they can take her out

If she plays it smart she can BFR Hulk and then deal with Stark alone.
