Uppercase to Lowercase

Just a quick question.. is there a way of maybe highlighting text that is in caps and making it lowercase??

I know in Word you can press Shift + F3 or something.. but that seems to only work in word, and I was wondering if there is a way outside of word to do this.. 😕

I've googled it and there were a few different search results but I tried them all out and none worked.

It's a system called ACT! by Sage.

I'm guessing it's probably not possible.
I'll just carry on as I was then, takes more time but oh well.
