Most people hit puberty at about 13 and to say they can't be responsible or control themselves within a year is like giving them the keys to the car and a box of condoms. I think people should be deemed as adults at about 14 or 15 in all seriousness but not many mommies out there want to see their 14-15 daughter getting reamed by an old man. It's all a matter of reality and when you want it to set in imo. 😖anta:
