Actually Thor does tend to fight like an idiot only using the hammer for hitting things and throwing it even though it can do much much more.

I never said that Thor fights stupid because the majority of the time the Mjolnir bashing thing works. I'm just saying that it wouldn't work on Superman. And if he tried to get versatile, his lightning wouldn't work either because Superman could dodge it. Lightning only travels at the most, half the speed of light. Even if he tried the God-blast on Superman, it takes Thor a couple of seconds for him to conjure it up, in the meantime Superman could just fly behind him quickly and let loose with his laser vision that can melt planets with ease.

While Supes is avoiding all the lightning and Mjolnir, Thor has an opening. Thor's hammer can absorb heat vision. It obvious that these are 2 powerful heroes.

That's only if he could actually block Superman's heat vision with Mjolnir. If Superman is behind him, he wouldn't be able to.

Do you honestly think Superman can beat Thor in a couple of seconds,I think that statement came out of fear of the truth. Thor wins .

Masterson Thor, who is much weaker, beat Gladiator by himself, and Glads was fully confident.

Gladiator was fully confident? And you know that how? Gladiator beat the real Thor pretty damn easily at one point. And after that it took a whole lot more for Thor to take Gladiator down than it took Masterson Thor to do it.

Not true. Gladiator's gone against the best the MU has to offer... and held his own every time. He's also got a fair few feats, speed strength and Durability that are easily on Supoes level.
