Superman has a clear speed/agility advantage.

He has shown he can fly without Mjolnir. He has not only shown he can float without Mjolnir, he has actually moved without Mjolnir while in the air. The simple fact that he commands the weather to such a degree should allow him to fly. The likes of Storm can do it.
In movement he has the advantage, but with Thor's reflexes, he should be able to handle it.
Thor has the obvious power/versatility advantage.
