John Preston Vs Neo (Pre-The One)

Cleric John Preston vs Neo from the Matrix, before he becomes the one.

Fight 1: John gets both his guns, Neo gets all the weapons he had equipped when he went to rescue Morpheus.
Location: Same location Neo used up like 75% of those guns. (The hall way where he and Trinity are attacked by the soldiers.

Fight 2: Pure hand to hand.
Location: Fighting Dojo

Final Fight: Both equipped with one Melee weapon of their choice.
Location: Fighting Dojo.

even before he became the one he still had superior durability/speed/strength than a normal human, that and mastery of every form of martial arts

True, but John doesn't feel emotions, like doubt for fear. Plus his training (which I was assuming doesn't exist in the matrix as I'm 99% sure it's a not real art) Revolves around guns.

As for my opinion.

3. Unsure, leaning towards John.

1. John - Neo wasn't the best shot. Honestly, did you see how riddled those pillars were?

2. Neo - Haven't seen enough to judge John in this category. Neo has handled an Agent. What has John done?

3. Neo - Similar reasoning to number 2.

Id say the GUNKATA wins first scenario...,although, John cant dodge bullets like NEo

Neo Wins the other two scenario's, I say with great ease.

John is just wicked with his katana. Neo in II was good with a bladed weapon, but looks just as good as Neo...so an unenlightened Neo can't be better than John.

And, yes, John is a much better shot.
