apart from the obvious GOD, who is the most powerful being?, does the real devil ever apear in a comic? or does galactus have a father? or do the celestrials look up to a certain being, nd is there a URANOS in the greek pantheon and how powerfull is he?

Use that. Master occasionally rubs people the wrong way, but he knows pretty much everything about cosmics and his thread is very thorough. Otherwise, it becomes too subjective, because ranking abstract beings is usually fruitless work.
