And you are ignoring the fact. Kid Buu's blast only destroyed Earth yet it was much, much more powerful than Cell's Kamehameha.

They couldn't block Cell's attack either at that point in time. And Vegeta literally destroyed Boo's first attack which was just as strong.

Um...Gokou and Vegeta were both STRONGER than Gohan was during the Cell Saga so yes they could have. Even the weakest Buu was much stronger than Cell. And Vegeta blew up the first attack because it wasn't as powerful. That's why they didn't get scared until Kid Buu used the huge attack.

You sure are desperate for that to be true.

Its called trash talking. The Villians in DBZ boasted about their powers all the time. Claiming themselves to be the strongest, or the fastest, or that they were unbeatable. OBviously all of that was proven to be garbage.

Just like Cell telling People that he was unkillable. That was false as he got killed. He said that Gohan had no way to beat him. Gohan beat him so that was obviously a lie.

What was his motivation for those lies? None. Does that automatically make them true? No. As they were still lies, they were things he was still wrong about.

You have yet to prove that his kamehameha was indeed solar system destroying. And yes the burden of proof is on your shoulders as that was no 15,000,000,000,000 kilometer wide blast... That's about the diameter of the solar system. It wasn't even 150,000,000 kilometers. There is no way that it was enough to destroy the solar system. And you are sorely deluded if you think it was that big or powerful.

Cell did not tell the truth. What was the motivation for him to tell them the truth? None. What was the motivation for him to lie? Arrogance or Trash talking.

So he actually had more motive to lie as there was no reason for him to tell the truth.
