The people with the best chances would be...
1. X-23(healing factor virtually guarantee's her coming in first)
2. Captain America(SSS and iron willpower gives Cap the number two spot)
3. Nomad(who has his own SSS)
4. Batman(enough willpower and training to outlast any but the above)
5. Joker(who's just too damn crazy to quit until his arms fall off or he passes out...)
...at least from those I know of. That's a big list and I'm not familiar on the details of all of them so I may have overlooked something.
