DC vs. MK

Started by Neo Darkhalen117 pages

Street Fighter will always be the superior fighter, unlike MKvsDC I actually have to use skill to win, I believe I've mentioned before how I could complete the entire game (MKvsDC) just by pressing the X button, sometimes the Y, try that on SF and you won't last long.

You can mash quite a bit with sagat, cuz he's that good.. all you need is

tiger shot spam
ex tiger knee
forward + roundhouse x 2
ultra

if you're comparing anything to MK vs DC of course its going to appear to have depth...

if you honestly want to discuss depth, you should look into the guilty gear series.. maybe even virtua fighter

im guessing you have a 360 cause the D pad on street fighter 4 sucks big time. i would have gotten it on PS3 if i had one.

i played it on 360, yes, though i don't own one.

MKvsDC is better than SFIV? You have got to be kidding me. I played both MKvsDC and SFIV on my PS3 and SFIV is definately way better.

We all have different opinions, Nemesis.

my personal opinion is that people who try to do something different with the genre are people who deserve some attention.. not the Pokemon XXIMCLV : Super Rainbow Heart Pikachu Feed-me edition developers who wont dare cross a line in fear that they'll lose some fandom

Warner Bros makes bid for Midway:

Midway might as well give Warner Bros the license to the Mortal Kombat franchise. I just want to see what Warner Bros will do to the games...

I'm not sure I want to to be honest, but eh... I guess we'll have to see how it goes.

Hmm.. Remember that old "Test your might" mini-game they had in the very first Mortal Kombat, and Deadly Alliance? (as well as the words being used in that techno theme song from the movie) Well I predict that they're gonna have something similar in one of the future games called "Test your RAGE!". As for how it would work, I dunno yet... Maybe they would like have you see how hard you can hit on the controller or punch the TV screen without actually breaking it? (if it breaks, then it just means your rage was too strong for the game to handle)

Hopefully they'll still have the same people. Maybe Boon and crew would still be working on the games.

There's at least two things I'm really looking forward to:

1. DLC

2. New MK comics.

DLC for what exactly? Surely you don't mean MKvsDC...

Well, I guess it's never too late to add in the Test your Rage mode I mentioned. Try not to break your TV or controller when playing this!

Well, it's official. Warner Bros has the license to the Mortal Kombat franchise.

It's possible that we'll be seeing some more Mortal Kombat games, including a sequel to "MK vs DC".

So the Mortal Kombat franchise lives on. I guess I can trust Warner Bros.

Tried playing online with this the other day.

I blowed hard.

lol I try to forget about this game's online mode.

Warner Bros. making MK games is either good news or bad news (hopefully good).

A sequel to MKvsDC? Oh dear God no. What Warner should do is accomplish what Midway couldn't: Make a Mortal Kombat vs. Street Fighter game.
