4 people. vs. bats? hell cap america has problems with task and crossbones in a one on one fight... and you are pitting both against bats? plus psychoman and spymaster?... team wins 7-8 out of ten. batman could get lucky, but that would be about it.

Psycho-Man is like Batman II (Terry). He's heavily armored and has attribute boosters embedded on the armor.

Crossbones is pretty much a non-factor here.
