Generalizations? lulz. I smoked weed for three years until I stopped and I've seen it kill plenty of people. Maybe not directly like Cigarettes but I have seen it kill plenty of people, and seen it ruin the lives of quite a lot of others. Just let it go AC.

More likely that those people were idiots who couldn't control their own lives. Don't blame cannabis, plenty of people smoke it with absolutely no harm to themselves.
