Dio Brando versus Spiderman

Classic Spidey is suddenly assaulted by a freaky looking blond in a green outfit.

Location : New York Street

Stipulations : Part 1 Dio , Classic Spidey, Dio can drain bystanders and make zombies if necessary.

Who wins ?

Blood freeze,eye beams,or just flat out brawl spiderman dio will win,and if he really wants just make a army of zombies to soften peter up.

I don't see Dio keeping up too much with Spidey's speed. Blood freeze would be a problem if he gets hit by it, but I doubt he couldn't avoid those eye beams.

I'd tend to give Spidey better odds here. Worst case scenario, all he really has to do is keep Dio occupied until sun-rise.

This is Phantom Blood Dio, not Stardust Crusaders. IE: Part 1 feats only. So no Za Warudo. 😛
