I've heard nothing but bad things about TALOS.
He didn't even get a win against Krauser on a forum who hates RE4.

Yes. Biased against RE4.
Yet they still thought TALOS would lose to Krauser.
That tells you how much TALOS must suck.

I'd say he's decent at best.
But in my opinion, Nyx wins by absorbing T.A.L.O.S.
