I haven't been following Wolverine's progression for awhile now. Has he gotten any weaker since Civil War? Because Nitro or whatever his name is incinerated Logan so that he was just a skeleton but he rehealed in a few minutes and beat the hell out of him.

Yes his healing factor has gotten weaker since Civil War its not as crazy as it was then.
