Got in to College:)

Found out today that I got in to College😄

studying Psychology and Philosophy 😛

It is Social Sciences I am doing, but Psychology and Philosophy are the only Subjects I really care about, to be honest 😂

I am also doing Communications, Media Analysis, Politics, History and Numeracy

Are these Scottish qualifications? I know they're different, but haven't really been told exactly how they are.

Our qualifications are what we call "Highers" and the course I am doing is giving me the grades (Highers) on the specific subjects that I need to go to Uni next year.

If you're interested in all the British equivalents I think they are listed on the UCAS website.

I got offered a place in Cardonald College and Cumbernauld College,

Haha I had to go to college to my Highers as well. Never should have quit them while at School.

Doing English, History and Computing Highers just now. I am doing an HNC in Social Sciences starting August. Long term ambition to do English studies at Aberdeen Uni or Stirling Uni.

I'm at Edinburgh Telford College.

well there are four good ones I could go to.

there is Stirling, Calidonian, Glasgow and Strathclyde.

Glasgow would be the best one, but is the hardest to get in to, I would need two A's and a B to get in,

for the rest I would only need three B's

Stirling would probably be my best bet, my sister goes there to do English studies and she also does Philosophy, she said it is a really good campus, it is also stunning to look at 😛
