Cannonball vs Any streetlevel character

Can anybody on a streetlevel beat Cannonball and if so who?

What's the scenario? Do the street level characters get prep time?

No Street leveler can hurt him, only Batman with sometime to think can win with sonics maybe.

What's funny is that in one crossover(All access, right after Marvel vs DC I think) Batman deflected Canonball's momentum so he flew into a wall. Deflecting energy requires alot less of your own as compared to stopping the person directly.
I know most crossovers aren't canon but that doesn't mean the premise of the redirection of energy isn't canon. After all bullets still ricochet.
